Altera

"Altera" is a Simple, turn-based RPG built in RPG Maker XP. Set in a whimsical world of sentient foods, you play as MC, a brave hotdog man, tasked by King Galeth, a marshmallow, to eliminate three corrupt food guardians: Mena the Churro Queen, Alter the Corn Cob Knightess, and Jim the Pancake Sorcerer King.

The game demo primarily uses base RPG Maker XP RTP assets, including the skills and combat systems. However, it features custom sprites, battlers, level design, event code, dialogue, and tilesets created by me, Grim... The developer. Players will explore a generic fantasy world filled with traditional medieval landscapes, interacting with other characters and gathering items to aid in their quest.

This current demo version of the game features a single quest to track and find Mena, the Churro Queen, with one combat encounter against her.
